This is the third time over the past 10+ years that I have used Oak View PT for my different physical therapy needs (such as neck and hip pain and vertigo). I have always found Frank Mechling to be a good listener and most competent in assessing what it is that I need to do to help me to improve and to ultimately feel better. In this day of so many possible choices for your physical therapy programs, I choose Oak View because of the calm, welcoming, smaller environment, which also helps in the healing process. You always get Frank's full attention and he is constantly assessing how you are progressing and what you need to do to get to where you want to go. I highly recommend Frank Mechling (and his office manager, Barb) for your physical therapy needs.

Frank has helped me recover from a frozen shoulder and planter fasciitis . I was very impressed with his hands on approach and level of detail. He carefully explains the stretching and strengthening exercises so I can also do them at home. He really cares about your recovery and maintains flexibility with scheduling appointments. Extremely attentive to your problems and needs. Frank take his time to make you comfortable while doing the therapy that needs to be done. You are always seeing the same therapist who is famaliar with you.
